UPDATES: The CTSI Hero Award 2018 set out to recognise people and groups whose actions had protected consumers, exposed rogue traders or raised awareness of trading standards issues. With MPs joining the ceremony at One Great George Street, the event promised to put bravery, public service and practical consumer protection in the spotlight.
The CTSI Hero Award 2018 is an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the remarkable individuals and groups whose work over the past year has made a positive contribution to the lives of those around them - whether that means standing up to rogue traders, raising awareness of trading standards issues, or stepping in to protect the public when their safety is at risk.
