UPDATES: CTSI Symposium 2018 brought the profession to Nottingham with a new venue, a refined structure and a programme focused on influence, best practice and legal expertise. From Andrew Griffiths’ keynote on demonstrating local economic value to masterclasses on dishonesty and POCA, the event aimed to strengthen trading standards’ voice with decision-makers.
The CTSI Symposium is now over for another year. It was a fantastic event with representatives from the profession and from a host of organisations that help and support it in all sorts of ways. Over the next few weeks we will be publishing our video coverage of the event. Check back soon to view.
