UPDATES: Packaging that imitates popular confectionery is helping counterfeit and illicit vaping products appeal to young consumers, raising concerns over underage sales, intellectual property infringement and wider public health risks.
Since October 1, 2015, it has been illegal to sell e-cigarettes or e-liquids to those under the age of 18 in the UK.
