UPDATES: National Trading Standards secured a conviction and Criminal Behaviour Order against a businessman who falsely claimed he could treat serious illnesses including cancer through blood tests, diet and unauthorised products after he ignored Advertising Standards Authority rulings.
A man who said he could cure diseases such as cancer and diabetes using just blood tests and food has been fined a total of £2,250 was handed a Criminal Behaviour Order at Blackfriars Crown Court.
