LTS research has raised the alarm on the sale of unsafe second-hand vehicles

UPDATES: Research by London Trading Standards uncovered recalled, clocked, uninsured and untaxed used cars advertised online, alongside practical advice to help consumers avoid unsafe and misrepresented vehicles.
London Trading Standards (LTS) has conducted research looking at online adverts for 155 used cars, most professing to be from private sellers in London.
