UPDATES: CTSI has approved the new Rail Ombudsman as an authorised ADR body, giving passengers an independent route for unresolved complaints about rail travel.
The Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) has announced that the independent Rail Ombudsman is the latest organisation to become an officially approved ADR body.
