UPDATES: A London importer and his company have been fined after supplying unsafe toys, including products containing banned chemicals, highlighting the importance of rigorous safety compliance and effective market surveillance.
A London-based businessman and his imports company have been fined a total of £35,000 for supplying unsafe toys for retail, including a toy gun that contained toxic chemicals.
