UPDATES: Enforcement teams across the West Midlands seized millions of illegal cigarettes and large quantities of hand-rolling tobacco, revealing increasingly sophisticated concealment methods used by organised criminals.
More than six million illegal cigarettes and 350kg of hand rolling tobacco were seized last year by local authority trading standards services across the West Midlands region despite ingenious efforts to hide them.
