UPDATES: Norfolk Trading Standards warns residents about scam calls falsely claiming to be from Amazon, with fraudsters using Prime renewal, arrears and hacked-account messages to obtain personal data, payment details or remote computer access.
Norfolk County Council Trading Standards is warning consumers to be wary of scam telephone that claim to be from online retailer Amazon.
