UPDATES: Before rushing into Black Friday deals, consumers are urged to compare prices carefully, plan purchases and avoid being misled by discounts that may not represent genuine savings.
Representing trading standards officers throughout the UK, the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) is warning shoppers to resist the temptation to stump up the money to ‘bag a bargain’ without doing their prep first.
