UPDATES: A tribute to Mike Gutowski celebrates a distinguished trading standards career devoted to consumer education, professional development and public service, while reflecting on the lasting influence he had across the profession.
Mike Gutowski was born in Dundee on September 19, 1952, and remained a proud Scotsman throughout his life. He grew up in Goole in the East Riding of Yorkshire and went to school in Hull.
