UPDATES: The CMA’s Covid-19 Taskforce is prioritising cancellation and refund complaints in weddings, holiday accommodation and childcare, warning businesses that consumers should usually receive refunds where lockdown prevents services from being delivered.

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has established a Covid-19 Taskforce, which monitors market developments and identifies the big problems facing consumers.
