UPDATES: A tribute to John P Boundy, whose 64-year commitment to trading standards and lifelong service to weights and measures left a lasting mark on the profession and all who worked alongside him.
John Penwarden Boundy passed away in late February 2020, at the age of 89. John was born in Liskeard, Cornwall, the only son of PC George Boundy and his wife Gladys.
