UPDATES: A tribute celebrates the life and career of Lionel Black, recognising his family, public service and lasting contribution to the Trading Standards profession.
Lionel Black, late of Tynemouth, died suddenly at home on August 20, 2020, aged 88 years. He was the beloved husband of the late Audrey, the much-loved dad of Steven and Ian, a loving father-in-law of Jill and Hazel, and the devoted grandad of William, Grace and Christopher.
Lionel did his National service in the RAF at Eindhoven.
