Frank Netherwood sadly passed away on November 16, 2020, in a care home at Warrington. He was 96.
Frank had a long career in trading standards; he was well respected and was a fountain of knowledge to his peers.
After completing his National Service Frank began his career in the Sheffield Weights & Measures Office, where he qualified.
