UPDATES: A tribute to former Cheshire Trading Standards leader Neil Pardoe, reflecting on a distinguished career in public service and the lasting impact he made on colleagues and the profession.
It is with sadness that we report the death at home, on December 20 2020, of Neil Pardoe after a long illness. He is survived by his wife, Maureen, a son, Richard, from a previous marriage, and seven godchildren.
