UPDATES: Trading Standards Scotland has joined the Scottish SPCA and partner organisations to tackle the rise in illegal puppy breeding, combining consumer advice, an assured breeder scheme and new technology to help buyers avoid low-welfare sellers fuelled by pandemic demand.
