UPDATES: CTSI has signed Business in the Community’s Race at Work Charter on Stephen Lawrence Day, committing to executive sponsorship, ethnicity data, zero tolerance of harassment and ethnic minority career progression.
CTSI has today signed up to the <a href="https://www.bitc.org.uk/">Business in the Community</a> (BITC) Race at Work Charter. The Charter sets out five calls to action to ensure that ethnic minority employees are represented at all levels in an organisation.
