UPDATES: CTSI is warning consumers about convincing parcel delivery text scams designed to harvest personal and financial information, urging extra vigilance as online shopping and home deliveries continue to grow.
CTSI has been made aware of a new delivery scam in which members of the public receive a text informing them that a parcel has been returned to a Post Office depot.
