UPDATES: Gateshead's Metrology Laboratory has been recognised for the vital contribution its specialist calibration work made to the UK's COVID-19 response, supporting accurate measurements across vaccine production and other critical activities.
CTSI is has praised the exemplary work carried out by the Gateshead Metrology Lab in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The laboratory, which calibrates highly sensitive weighing equipment, played a crucial role in the pandemic response by offering a faster turnaround for equipment used in projects working to combat the virus.
