UPDATES: Warwickshire Trading Standards uncovered thousands of suspected illegal cigarettes and tobacco products hidden in ingenious locations, including beneath a sewer manhole, during enforcement activity targeting illicit tobacco sales across Leamington Spa.
Warwickshire County Council Trading Standards has found illegal cigarettes and tobacco products hidden beneath a manhole cover at the rear of a shop in Leamington Spa.
