UPDATES: Letting agents are being reminded of their legal responsibilities as a council campaign warns that businesses failing to comply with transparency requirements could face substantial financial penalties.
Stoke-on-Trent City Council Trading Standards has been carrying out a campaign of compliance checks on letting agents in the city following a number of complaints.
