UPDATES: Staffordshire Trading Standards is using Allergy Awareness Week to remind food businesses that clear allergen information is a legal duty, after local inspections found imported products with undeclared allergenic ingredients.
To coincide with <a href="https://www.allergyuk.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Allergy Awareness Week</a> (24-30 April), Officers from Staffordshire County Council Trading Standards are helping local businesses better understand their food allergen labelling responsibilities.
