An illegal money lender who preyed on vulnerable people in Liverpool has been ordered to pay back £40,000 following a Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) investigation.
In April Anthony Suku, (65), was sentenced to 22 months in prison, suspended for 18 months, after admitting to charges of unlawful money lending and money laundering.
