UPDATES: A long-running Caerphilly Trading Standards investigation into counterfeit tobacco sales has resulted in a prison sentence, exposing the sophisticated methods used to conceal an illegal operation.
A shop owner has been jailed for 18 months for selling counterfeit cigarettes and tobacco following a complex and long-running investigation by Caerphilly County Borough Council Trading Standards.
