UPDATES: A counterfeit footwear trader has been ordered to repay £60,000 under Proceeds of Crime legislation after an earlier trademark prosecution, highlighting how illicit profits can be recovered long after conviction.
A market trader who sold counterfeit trainers, shoes and boots has been ordered to pay £60,000 or face a jail sentence following a prosecution by East Sussex Trading Standards.
