UPDATES: Joint enforcement activity in Ashford saw Kent Trading Standards, police and HMRC seize illicit vapes and tobacco while targeting businesses suspected of supplying illegal products.
The Kent County Council Trading Standards team has seized illicit vapes and tobacco products in its latest ‘day of action’.
The team visited shops in central Ashford accompanied by Officers from Kent Police on Friday 24 May, and seized a total of 66 tubs of nicotine pouches, 880 vapes, 1,680 cigarette sticks and 600g of hand rolling tobacco.
