UPDATES: Two rogue traders who exploited an elderly Oxfordshire resident out of more than £477,000 have been jailed after a major Trading Standards investigation uncovered years of fraudulent home improvement work.
Two rogue traders who targeted an elderly resident of Headington have each been jailed for 45 months following an investigation by Oxfordshire County Council Trading Standards.
