Drawing on practitioner experiences, survey findings and expert opinion, this feature examines the scale of the problem, its impact on officers and the practical steps needed to create safer working environments.
No one should have to endure harassment at work. But for many Trading Standards professionals, this has long been part of the job. It’s not right and it’s not acceptable, but it happens.
