UPDATES: A used car dealer has been convicted after selling a dangerously unroadworthy vehicle described as a 'death trap', with the court ordering compensation for the consumer following a Trading Standards investigation.
A car dealer who sold the same unsafe car to two different customers has been given a 13-month suspended prison sentence and ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work following an investigation by Dudley Trading Standards.
