UPDATES: A Gloucester shop owner has been ordered to pay more than £6,000 after repeated Trading Standards visits uncovered large quantities of illegal oversized disposable vapes at his shop and in his car.
The owner of a shop which repeatedly sold illegal vapes has been fined more than £6,000 following an investigation by Gloucestershire County Council Trading Standards.
