UPDATES: A Dagenham shopkeeper and business have been fined after Barking and Dagenham Trading Standards found almost 2,000 illicit and counterfeit cigarettes hidden on the premises during Operation CeCe inspections.
A Dagenham shopkeeper who sold large amounts of illicit tobacco has been ordered to pay a hefty fine following an investigation by London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD) Trading Standards.
