UPDATES: New Food Standards Agency guidance aims to help food businesses provide clearer, more consistent allergen information, supporting consumers with food allergies and improving confidence in food safety.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has updated its best practice guidance for businesses that sell food, with the aim of encouraging them to present information about food allergens in a ‘more consistent and helpful way’.
