UPDATES: A retailer has been fined after Trading Standards uncovered unlawful health claims and regulatory breaches involving coffee products, reinforcing the importance of compliance in a fast-growing market.
A business which made unauthorised claims about the health benefits of coffee it sold has been ordered to pay a penalty of more than £5,000 following a prosecution by West Sussex County Council Trading Standards.
