UPDATES: A tribute to Edward Brian Fallon, whose lifelong commitment to public service and steadfast support for Trading Standards left a lasting impact on consumer protection in Scotland.
Edward Brian Fallon was born in Edinburgh on 10 November, 1947.
A lifetime member of the Labour Party, Brian (as he preferred to be known) served as a councillor at Lothian Regional Council and Edinburgh City Council, where he was a staunch supporter of Trading Standards.
