UPDATES: Consumers are warned about convincing fake National Insurance refund emails exploiting the COVID-19 crisis, with fraudsters using government branding to steal personal and financial information.
CTSI is warning the public to look out for a fake National Insurance refund scam. The scam, sent via email, is designed to look like an official government department communication.
