UPDATES: A Hampshire rogue roofer who defrauded 29 homeowners of more than £640,000 through false claims, phantom materials and empty refund promises has been jailed and banned from operating similar businesses for a decade.
A rogue roofing contractor has been jailed for five years for three counts of fraud, following an investigation by Hampshire County Council Trading Standards.
